Royale is a semi-hollow body, neck thru electric tenor ukulele. It's reentrant strung but since it has an adjustable bridge it could be restrung other ways. The maple sides are bent like an acoustic would be, the top and back are made of spalted maple reinforce on the inside with spruce bracing. The neck travels the length of the instrument and forms the center of the back with a block inside that the bridge mounts to.
It's bound in black with the sides painted translucent orange in between. It's a relatively thin instrument 1 3/16" at the edges with the back arched up slightly.
It's inlays are card suit themed with a crown block inlay in gold, black and white pearl around an ebony crown.
