The history of DarkStar Guitars is quite an odd one, really. I was a guitar player, obviously, but hated my guitar. It was too clean and had a rather poor tone to it, so I got a different one, which proved to have the same problem with a muddy humbucker thrown in. So I bought another guitar which was just pretty bad all the way around, so I took it apart and studied it for a couple months before deciding I'd have to build a new guitar from scratch.
