| Blue |
Blue is a tenor guitar built for the Celtic tuning of CGDA, but there are many other tunings it would be suitable for. It has a 23" scale and a single action truss rod. It's a walnut, maple and bubinga neck thru with a moradillo fretboard. The inlays are hand cut mother of pearl dots distributed in the proper tenor guitar pattern. The body is poplar with blue transparent lacquer coated over with several coats of satin. The pickups are custom wound single coils. The bridge is a purpose built polished aluminum hardtail unit with regular Strat type saddles. The body is slightly smaller than a regular guitar would be. Note the interesting output jack arrangement.
